About Us

Our vision

The Vision of Churchshift Ministry International is to go and make disciplines of all nations, empowering them by the Word of God so they can follow the Way of God and do the Will of God.

Our Mission

At Churchshift Ministry International, our mission is simple yet profound: to impact the world with the love of Christ Jesus (God’s love in action) and discipleship, teaching people the Way of God, empowering them to do the Will of God, and leading them to fulfilling God’s purpose. Through various outreaches and discipleship teachings, we bring hope to those in need, strength to the vulnerable, and turn sinners to saints by the power of the Holy spirit. As seen in Genesis 1:26-27 and 2:7, we believe that every person is valuable in the eyes of God and a product of His love, and it is our privilege and responsibility to reach out to them with compassion, understanding, and the life-transforming message of the truth of Gospel of Christ Jesus.

Our Story

Welcome to Churchshift Ministry International, where faith meets action, and lives are transformed through practical demonstration of God’s love. We are  a dynamic faith-based organization committed to spreading the Gospel of Christ Jesus and serving communities, locally, nationally and globally across different languages, races, cultures, and tribes worldwide. We are dedicated to extending God’s Kingdom frontiers, making sustainable impacts with organic frameworks that begin in the lives of individuals and families, around the world.

With our diverse outreach and evangelistic programs, driven by the passion and dedication of our members, volunteers, and supporters, we strive to reach people’s hearts, inspire their minds, and build a formidable Kingdom army of believers who in turn replicate the Kingdom virtues globally.

Our Core Values:

G-Godliness:

Godliness means being like God. As believers in Jesus Christ, we share in God’s Holy Spirit, which enables us to be godly.

Godliness with contentment is a great gain. (1 Timothy 6:6). Our value for godliness solidifies our faith in God, and this breeds contentment in us, cautioning against the craze for materialism that is fast pervading and polluting the saints. Knowing that “godliness has value for all things” (1 Tim 4:8), we believe we can’t be like God and yet be disadvantaged or destitute, even as God can’t be away from godliness!

We believe that the liberty in Christ Jesus isn’t an excuse for lewdness, moral turpitude, or being flippant. As believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible, we hold ourselves to the standard of the scriptural moral principles that punctuate how we live. In our Lord we live, and move, and have our being. (Acts 17:28).

Our value for integrity is rooted in God, not on mere human philosophies or our marred subjective sense of righteousness or idealism. Like David, who shepherded his people with integrity of heart (Psalm 78:72), we seek to set an example for doing what is good. (Titus 2:7).

God’s love that manifested through Jesus Christ fulfills the law. (Rom 13:8-10). We value God’s agape love because it is both a command and His nature (1 John 4:8). Jesus Christ embodies God’s love for humanity. The essence of our kingdom services is love because our message is love, and we share the message with love.

Guided by Christ’s love, we strive to embody Christ-like qualities in our attitudes and approaches toward addressing the needs of the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, those without clothing, the sick, and individuals in prison. (Mathew 25:41-46).

Excellence is a distinct quality of an unusual kind. Our value for excellence is not only in doing but also in being. As Christ’s followers having the measure of God in us (the Holy Spirit), and as we worship God, we excel in godly virtues – on what is true, what is noble, what is right, what is pure, what is lovely, what is admirable, even as we excel in what is praiseworthy and the likes. (Philipians 4:8).

The Bible calls us to be free. It then encourages us not to use our freedom to indulge in sin but rather to serve one another humbly in love. (Galatians 5:13). Whether through evangelism, visitation, or discipleship endeavors, we serve our heavenly Father by serving humanity. When we worship God in godliness, integrity, love in action, or when we excel in our virtues, we serve.

According to the Bible, “God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.” (1 Pet 4:10-11, NIV).

As we continue to grow and learn, God’s gift of the Holy Spirit in us sharpens our skills and allows us to serve in various ways, ultimately aiming to glorify God.

The first letters of our core value – G.I.L.E.S. – form an acronym that corresponds with the concept of an armor bearer. At Churchshift Ministry Int’l, we see ourselves as individuals carrying the armor, even as the Lord is the Warrior through us. (Exodus 15:3). Five is regarded as a symbol of grace, and this principle guides our approach, reinforcing our confidence in overcoming challenges.

Welcome Introduction

Welcome to Churchshift Ministry Int’l! We are a community of interdenominational believers united by our love for God and our commitment to His Word. Whether you have been a follower of Christ for years or are just beginning to explore what faith looks like, we are pleased to share the scriptural values that guide our walk together. The following principles reflect our heart for God, our respect for one another, and our hope in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We invite you to join us as we grow in grace and truth.

Our Core Beliefs

Salvation:

Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8–9). It is a gift from God, not earned by human effort, but received through repentance and trust in Christ’s finished work (Romans 10:9–10). We believe that, through salvation, individuals are reconciled to God, forgiven of sin, and granted eternal life (John 3:16; 2 Corinthians 5:17). This new life is marked by a restored relationship with God and a growing desire to live according to His will (1 Peter 2:2; Philippians 2:12-13).

Regeneration, or being born again, is the work of the Holy Spirit in which a person is spiritually renewed and given new life in Christ (John 3:3–6; Titus 3:5). This transformation changes the heart and mind, enabling a person to turn from sin and pursue righteousness (Ezekiel 36:26–27). In a manner of speaking, with regeneration, you become a new seed as your “spiritual gene” is changed from the sinful nature inherited from Adam to “God’s DNA” through the Holy Spirit. It marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of sanctification, where believers are progressively shaped and formed into the likeness of Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18; 1 Thessalonians 4:3).

In Churchshift Ministry Int’l, we affirm that water baptism is an outward sign of an inward conviction of grace, symbolizing the believer’s identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:3–4). We understand that baptism is by immersion in water to publicly portray its essence-immersion (signifying his burial), lifting from the water (signifying resurrection). Ultimately, being soaked signifies the prophetic aspect of being mixed with Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. We practice baptism as an act of obedience to Christ’s command (Matthew 28:19) and a public declaration of faith. While we believe that baptism does not in itself save, we’re persuaded that it bears witness to the transforming work already accomplished in the heart through faith (1 Peter 3:21).

We believe in the universal church as the body of Christ, composed of all believers across time and place who confess Jesus Christ as Lord (Romans 10:12; 1 Corinthians 12:12–13; Ephesians 4:4–6). This unity transcends denominations, cultures, races, and backgrounds, binding believers together through the Holy Spirit. We affirm that the church exists to glorify God, proclaim the gospel, witnessing to the world, and extending the frontiers of God’s kingdom. (Matthew 16:18; Acts 1:8; Ephesians 3:10).

We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, as foretold by the prophets (Isaiah 7:14). This miraculous birth signifies that Jesus is truly God and truly man—the divine Word made flesh to dwell among us (John 1:14). By entering humanity in this unique way, He remained sinless and perfectly suited to be the mediator between God and mankind (1 Timothy 2:5), offering a way for us to be reconciled to our Creator.

We believe that Jesus Christ voluntarily suffered and vicariously died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world (John 3:16). His physical resurrection from the dead on the third day is the cornerstone of our faith, evidencing His victory over sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:54-57). Through His death, our debts are paid, and through His resurrection, we are granted the hope of eternal life and the power to live a transformed life today (Romans 6:23).

We believe in the personal, visible, and certain return of Jesus Christ to this earth (1 Thessalonians 4:16). Though no one knows the day or the hour, we live in watchful expectation of His coming to judge the living and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1). His return will bring an end to suffering and injustice, marking the final triumph of His eternal authority and the completion of our redemption (Revelation 21:4).

We believe that marriage is intended by God to be a sacred covenant established by Him, reflecting His faithful and enduring love (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:25–32).  We believe that marriage is between an adult male and an adult female, designed as a lifelong union marked by mutual commitment, respect, and self-giving love. Within this covenant, we uphold the importance of fidelity, unity, and spiritual partnership (Hebrews 13:4), thus recognizing marriage as both a personal blessing and a foundation for healthy families and societies at large.

As written in the Scriptures, we believe that children are a precious gift and heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3). We acknowledge the responsibility of parents and the church community to nurture, teach, and guide children in truth, love, faith, and the fear of God. (Deuteronomy 6:6–7; Proverbs 22:6; Luke 2:52; 1 Samuel 3:19; Genesis 42:18). We are committed to creating an environment where children are valued, protected, and encouraged to grow in their understanding of God and their relationship with Him (Matthew 19:14).

We believe worship and service are central expressions of the Christian life. Worship is both personal and corporate, involving the offering of our lives in devotion, praise, and obedience to God (John 4:23–24; Romans 12:1). Service flows naturally from a transformed heart, as believers use their gifts sacrificially to love others, meeting needs, and reflecting Christ in the world (Galatians 5:13; 1 Peter 4:10–11). Together, worship and service embody a life fully surrendered and devoted to God’s purpose (Colossians 3:17).

We believe that work is a divine calling established by God from the beginning of creation (Genesis 2:15). Whether manual, intellectual, or service-oriented, all honest labor possesses inherent dignity when performed as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24). We view our daily tasks as an opportunity to reflect God’s creativity and serve our community, recognizing that every vocation can be a form of worship and a contribution to the common good (1 Corinthians 10:31).

We believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and that our outward appearance should reflect an inner heart of humility and reverence. Scripture calls us to dress with modesty, decency, and propriety, seeking to honor God rather than draw undue attention to ourselves (1 Timothy 2:9-10). Our goal is to represent Christ through a lifestyle and appearance that prioritizes godly character over worldly trends or vanity (1 Peter 3:3-4).

We believe that the Kingdom of God is both a present reality and a future fulfillment (Matthew 6:33). It is the sovereign rule of God over all creation, breaking into the world through the ministry of Jesus and the lives of His followers. We are called to seek His Kingdom first, living out its values of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17), while looking forward to the day when God’s reign is fully realized on earth as it is in heaven.
